Once you book your time window for delivery you will receive a pre delivery phone call confirming time and location.
To smooth the progress of delivery we recommend the customers ensure the route to the location in which the merchandise is to be positioned is clear of furniture and other obstructions. If necessary, we will remove standard doors to locate the product.
Our service associate cannot detach door jambs, casings, moldings, or railings, nor do any cutting or alterations to your home to deliver or fit any merchandise.
If you are replacing an appliance, our service associate is able to disconnect the old appliance and place it to the side. You are responsible for discarding the old appliance out side of your home. Otherwise we will unpack the products, set it in place and take away the packaging.
